• Shipping Details: Please pay with PayPal for fastest delivery. All items ship via FedEx or UPS within 1-2 business day of receiving payment, however we are not responsible for transit time and delays.

• Please remember: Shipping & Handling is more than just postage. It includes the time, effort & materials associated with the preparation & arrangement of shipment. In order to save you money we combine shipping on orders with more than one item whenever possible. eBay checkout automatically combines the shipping charges. A Non-Paying Buyer Dispute will be opened after 7 days. Negative feedback may follow. No exceptions!
• Feedback Policy: We will post a Positive Feedback after we receive the payment and the order is processed. Positive Feedback from you is greatly appreciated. When your item arrives, please post positive feedback. This allows us to know that your item has arrived and the transaction is complete.
  If there is a problem with your item or shipping, please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback, so that we can attempt to correct the problem. Most problems can easily be resolved if both parties communicate with each other.
• Return Policy: In the unlikely event that a return is requested, a return must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, along with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back to us. Please contact us before shipping an item back.
