This is an original interior steel center console for Jaguar MKII It came from an automatic car, the tunnel is fatter in an automatic MK2. The correct one for a 4 speed car is higher at the sides, so his could be adapted to a 4 speed car by raising the sides.. If you put a 4 speed in an automatic car, this will work fine; I did that on my own car. this includes the steel only, not the wooden top panel, not the upholstery (though that comes with an interior upholstery kit).
