Location:

Portland, Oregon, United States

Portland, Oregon, United States
Condition:Remanufactured

This listing is for re-facing 4 customer supplied valve tappets. Your worn tappets will be restored to new condition using precision radius surface grinding. This is an excellent choice in cases where new tappets are either expensive, hard to find or completely unavailable. Flat spots, scoring and pitting on the ends of tappets will ruin the tips of valves. New valves or re-ground tips on used valves won't last unless the tappets are also in good condition.  2nd picture is a before/after comparison.

Once this service is purchased simply ship your tappets to our shop and they will be completed and sent back within 1-2 business days. We offer complete cylinder head machine services and custom valve train components specializing in vintage Japanese applications. Thanks for looking!

We're big Jim Marshall fans around here. We've loved his music photography for years. Looking for reasons to run his art, we hired Marshall to shoot behind the scenes at the 2005 Indy 500 (Salute to Tradition, June, 20, 2005), and we had him shoot the Nissan GT-R's creation in 2007 (Bringing a Star to Life, 12/24/2007).

So it’s no real surprise that VW has revealed a facelifted Tiguan at this week’s Guangzhou Auto Show in China.
