Condition of the parts: All parts are in working order, and tested before being offered for sale when possible. If a part has any problems, we will specify it in the auction and try to show pictures of the defect. Of course, with all items mistakes do happen. We pride ourselves in good feedback and will make every effort to make the situation a win/win for the customer and the seller.

Warranty: We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase date. 25% Restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective items.
If the item is defective we will send you a replacement if no replacement is available. We will then refund full purchase price. The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you. 
Fitment is only guaranteed if we specify a part number. Shipping is non refundable and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Thankyou for understanding.

Returns: Any part purchased that is no longer needed, or purchased incorrectly can be returned as long as it was not plugged in, and the security marks are still in place. Computers requiring a reprogram are not eligible for returns. Returns accepted 30 days from the date of purchase only. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that when sending the part back to the seller that you make every effort to ensure that the part is NOT damaged. This means the buyer might want to use a different box and put insurance on the part to ensure there will be no issues with your return.

Security: All items shipped are marked with either a visible or invisible mark. If any item is returned, the mark must be present for the return to be accepted.
