Peugeot Expands 308 Range With Load-Lugging SW

The 308 SW will get its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month, with cars hitting the showrooms this summer. The latest virtual reality car brought to some sort of real world life is the Mitsubishi XR-PHEV Evolution Vision Gran Turismo concept (much like the VW GTI Roadster we saw recently) which is being made available for Gran Turismo 6. Sadly, the XR-PHEV Evolution is just a concept and isn’t intended to proclaim the future of the Mitsubishi EVO, even though it’s an enticing thought.
Volvo C30, Ford Focus fare well in insurance-group crash tests
Tue, 21 Jul 2009Four two-door cars received the highest safety rating in frontal crashes and two received that rating for side collisions in recent testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The institute gave its "good" rating in side crashes to the Volvo C30 and two-door Ford Focus. Those vehicles, along with the two-door Honda Civic and Chevrolet Cobalt, also received "good" ratings for frontal collisions, the non-profit group funded by auto insurers said.
