Audi Q3 on the move It was a very long time coming, but Audi managed to deliver up information and photos on the Q3 yesterday ahead of a launch at the Shanghai Motor Show next week. But despite the big photo gallery of the Q3 – more than 30 images and three models – there’s nothing like seeing a car on the move to get a proper idea of what it’s about. New Subaru WRX STI heading for 2014 Detroit Auto Show After a concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September – which looked edgy – to a production reveal at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November – which didn’t – plans for the 2014 Subaru WRX are well on track. And now we’re getting the STI version. The Subaru WRX STI will debut next week at the Detroit Auto Show and is expected to go on sale in the US by mid 2014.

Porsche has released UK details for the Porsche Boxster Spyder Back in November we reported that Porsche had revealed the Porsche Boxster Spyder, a stripped down Boxster with an iconic ’Speedster’ profile. To be honest, we were surprised they didn’t go with the Speedster name (we reported back in Spetember with pictures of a Porsche Boxster with Speedster humps testing at the Nurburgring), but perhaps that was a step too far; using the Speedster tag on a lowly Boxster. But no matter, the Porsche Boxster Spyder it is with the flat six 3.4 litre engine with 310bhp and a 0-60mph of 4.6 seconds when you tick the PDK Sport Chrono Plus option.
