| For removing the fork cap and compression cartridge on twin chamber Showa forks found on late model Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki off-road motorcycles. Outer ring fits 50 mm octagonal fork cap. Inner body holds cartridge so it can be removed from fork cap. Outer ring can be clamped in vise to hold fork cap securely while cartridge is being removed. Provides more secure grip on fork cap and cartridge and reduces risk of damage during disassembly. Easier and faster to use than any other tool now available. Billet 6061 aluminum construction with anodized blue finish. 1/2 inch square drive. Lifetime limited warranty. |

The Jaguar F-Type Project 7 revealed ahead of Goodwood FoS
There were very few dissenting voices when Jaguar revealed their Project 7 F-Type Roadster Concept, homage to Jaguar’s D-Type, and it seems the almost universal approval of Jaguar’s creation has persuaded JLR that a production version of the Project 7 should be Jaguar’s first Special Operations division production car. And here it is. Due to be revealed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed later this week, the Jaguar F-Type Project 7 is a limited run, more powerful, more dynamic and more extreme version of Jaguar’s regular F-Type Roadster.

The second press day of the Paris motor show once again coincided with the annual Interior Motives Design Awards, a competition open to student designers around the world and now in its sixth year. A jury made up of high-ranking design professionals, including the likes of VW's Flavio Manzoni and Faurecia's Andreas Wlasak, selected winners in the following 11 categories:

The title of 2008 Student Designer of the Year - and the grand prize of $5000 - went to the Royal College of Art's Pierre Sabas. His four-seater Free Form coupe concept took an inside-out approach to design, consisting of articulated, interlocking seat elements designed to eliminate the need for bulky, constrictive exterior crumple zones, and a sliding dashboard for adaptable ergonomics.
