2013 Skoda Superb Facelift revealed

The Skoda Superb has been given a facelift for 2013 with cosmetic tweaks and improved emissions and economy. Debuts at Shanghai Motor Show. The usual facelift fodder applies – for the hatch and estate – with new bumpers front and back with a new grill, lights, front wings and bonnet with a tidying up at the back and LED lights.

Aston Martin and Mercedes tie-up over Lagonda

Probably the biggest surprise of the Geneva Motor Show was the arrival of the Lagonda Concept. Although the revival of the Lagonda Marque had been much speculated upon, particularly with Lagonda celebrating its 100 year car making anniversary this year (an all the marketing opportunities that offers) no one had seen a super-luxo SUV on the horizon. Drivers make New Year Resolutions

MORE THAN half of British drivers have made a New Year’s Resolution, with many promising to drive more courteously or more economically. A survey by motoring organisation the AA found that 14% of drivers will make the effort to drive for greater economy, while 11% said they would walk more to save fuel. A further 6% are aiming to drive less and 5% want to cycle more to cut down on car use.
