We recently acquired the estate of a former hot rodder and classic car collector and this piece was in that estate. I have no idea if it is what it says it is on the box, so please look to make sure it is right for your car. It is NOS, it has never been used. There is no brand name on the box. In the second picture you can see the numbers on the top of the box. On the side it says this automatic choke thermostat will fit all 1967 Chevys with the 4 barrel carb and the 327 or 350 motor except SP. H/Per. It says it will fit the 1968 Chevy 2, Chevelle, and Camaro with 4 barrel carb, and the motor sizes it will fit in 1968 are the 327, 396, and 427. Being new it looks to be in excellent condition. The box is a little dirty and has a price tag written on it from years ago of $5.00. Free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Int'l extra. Good luck!!

But it’s not a proper reveal, in the sense that the Ampera will be ready to sell.

Thu, 19 Jan 2012

Shelby is celebrating its 50th anniversary in style, first at the Detroit auto show with a few black-and-gold Shelby Mustangs, and now at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Arizona with the last example of the 50th-anniversary Shelby Cobra. The car won't be sold to the highest bidder though; it will be raffled. Tickets cost $25 apiece or five for $100.
