• All paper documents are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. We will not ship items via 1st Class or other cheaper methods as they do not include delivery confirmation nor automatic tracking ability
  
• The only exception would be items that are too large to fit inside a USPS Flat Rate Envelope
  
• We  only ship to the address shown in PayPal
• We encourage insurance on all shipments.
•  Insurance is required if a delivery fails for any restitution.
• Any auction that exceeds $150 will require insurance which we will provide.
  
• If we did not select the option to require it before the auction began, then we will pay for that cost.
  
• International orders may take time to clear through customs, we have no control over how long an item will take to clear customs. If you want a different price on a customs form you must ask us before paying
• Payment is expected within seven (7) days of an auction closing.
• PayPal is preferred method of payment
• Personal Checks, MO's, Cashier's Checks, and Cash are never accepted.
• Item will ship after payment in PayPal has cleared.
• Any extended failure to pay for item will be dealt with via dispute console.
• If a buy it now price is not shown, there is not one offered.
• Questions asking to end an auction early will be ignored.
• In rare cases, a handling fee may be used when the item requires special packing and/or is difficult to ship.
• A handling fee will be mentioned if one is present.
• Any international order is subject to our final decision on shipping and handling charges.
