We WILL do combined shipping! Make sure to check our other items & message us ahead of time if you would like to purchase other items that are currently being auctioned. We are now shipping WORLDWIDE. Please note that shipping prices will be different for Canada, UK & overseas residents which will be calculated for you when looking at the listing! If you bid on our items & you are over seas, your bid will be cancelled &/or the transaction will be cancelled and an unpaid item case will be opened. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy. There is a possibility that we will ship to APO’s as well although the price of shipping may increase in accordance to USPS. 

If you live in HAWAII *or* Alaska, PLEASE contact us prior to bidding/winning the auction so that we can calculate a shipping price for you as the prices do vary by several dollars with USPS. We are located in the midwest, so the shipping is a little more than expected to the west coast like California, Washington & Oregon - the price of your shipping may increase slightly at the time of the invoice being sent. IF YOU DO LIVE ON THE WEST COAST, PLEASE ALLOW US TIME TO SEND YOU THE INVOICE INSTEAD OF CHECKING OUT IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN ADJUST THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON YOUR INVOICE PRIOR TO YOU PAYING. If you do not contact us prior to shipping, your item will have adjusted shipping charges according to the actual/exact cost to ship it via USPS.

Shipping is a standard flat rate that we place on the items that is reasonable for the weight of the item. When we combine shipping, extra items will cost anywhere between 50 cents to $4.00 depending on the weight of the item or what kind of container we can fit it in. Shipping is ONLY done through USPS. Please do not request for us to ship UPS or FedEx - we will not ship this way. 

Items will be shipped within ONE (1) business day (this does not include Sundays &/or national holiday's when the post office is closed i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Federal Holidays) from the time the payment has cleared WITH a tracking number which will be provided to you through PayPal & Ebay. We are well known for our feedback on our lightning fast shipping, so if you need something fast and you past fast, you can be sure that you will have your item within a week no matter where you live in the US. If payment is not received in the proper amount of time, an unpaid item case will be opened & the item will be relisted. All items include a shipping & handling charge as we ship with our own packaging, print our own labels & tape the label on appropriately. Items shipped within the 48 continental states will be shipped using the most inexpensive way possible (via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail) depending on where you live. If you are in the Midwest (we are located in Indiana), your item will more than likely be shipped First Class with tracking because it will get there just as fast as Priority Mail would.

*ITEM DESCRIPTIONS*

All items are described to our complete best ability with measurements, sizes, brands, condition, etc. We are smokers; however, we have a smoke free & pet free home. 60% of our items come from homes, estates, auctions, wholesale lots, etc. & the other 40% is actually our own personal stock of clothing that we are downsizing. All items are washed with Gain or Arm & Hammer OxiClean prior to shipment if they are gently used or new without tags. Items that are new with tags are not laundered prior to shipping. Please read the entire auction before bidding to ensure that you are getting what you want & that it is going to fit the person it is being purchased for. PLEASE remember that we ARE human and we do make mistakes occasionally. If you have ANY problems – ANYTHING – please contact us first before leaving neutral/negative feedback. We are very nice people & definitely willing to work with you!

*RETURNS*

Our return policy has recently changed. If you for some reason are unhappy with your purchase due to the measurement being incorrect in the listing or the item not being in the condition you believe it should have been based on the listing, you have the right to return the item within 14 business days of sale. We will refund in full (item + shipping) for items that were misrepresented. If you would like to return the item simply because you do not like it or it doesn't fit you even though the measurements were correct in the listing, you can still return the item to us; however, we will not refund original shipping costs & you will have to pay for the shipping back to us, with tracking, out of pocket. ALL returns must be shipped back within 14 days of purchase with tracking (just like we send them to you) for proof of delivery back to us on your end & on ours. We will not send out a shipping label to buyers to return items. The item MUST be in the original condition that it was shipped in - clean, new with/without tags, or excellent used condition (if clothing), & UNWORN. We WILL inspect for odors since we do not ship clothing that has odors, smells, spots, tears or stains unless otherwise stated. Formal clothing items (dresses/suits/business attire) will NOT be accepted for returns as we do not want to send items out to be worn for one occasion & then sent back to get refunded.

IF you are going to be returning an item, you MUST contact us prior to returning so that we are aware of the return & can give you the address in which you can ship the item back to us.
