Toyota NS4 Plug-in Hybrid teased on video
Thu, 05 Jan 2012Toyota NS4 Plug-in Hybrid Video Tease Ahead of a reveal at the Detroit Motor Show, we get another tease for the Toyota NS4 Plug-in Hybrid, this time with a video. We’ve already had a tease for the new Toyota NS4 Plug-in Hybrid, which arrived just before Christmas with very little detail and just a single teaser photo of the offside headlight. Now with the Detroit Motor Show looming, Toyota has churned out a video tease for the NS4, but we’re still none the wiser.
LaFerrari joins Supercar exhibition at Ferrari Museum in Maranello
Mon, 11 Mar 2013The new LaFerrari has joined an exhibition of supercars at Ferrari’s Maranello Museum joining cars like the 250 GTO, F40, F50 and Enzo Ferrari. Ferrari boss, Luca di Montezemolo, has opened the Supercar exhibition in Maranello to showcase Ferrari’s greatest models all in one place, an opportunity Ferraristi will find hard to resist. As well as LaFerrari, Ferrari has on show perhaps the greatest supercar in their history – the Ferrari 250 GTO – which was built in very limited numbers – just 33 Series 1 and 3 Series 2 cars – and now commands prices around the $40 million mark, the 288 GTO, the F40 – perhaps the ‘Driver’s’ choice – the F50 and, of course, the Enzo Ferrari.
Toyota FT-86 and Subaru BRZ to launch next month
Fri, 21 Oct 2011Toyota FT-86 (pictured) & Subaru BRZ to debut at Tokyo The road from concept to reality has been a long one for the Toyota FT-86 and Subaru BRZ. But the wait is almost over for the Toyota/Subaru joint development, with production-ready versions of the FT-86 and BRZ planned for the Tokyo Motor Show next month. The aim was to produce a sporty, fun coupe for under £20k, and although that still seems to be the general consensus we wouldn’t be surprised to see the FT-86 come in at around £25k and the more powerful BRZ getting close to £30k when they actually arrive in 2012.
