Boring and honing service for small engines atv, cycle, lawn and racing kart. All racing kart blocks will be line bored. Boring is done with jet mill, power down feed and using a criterion boring head. All engine honing is done with a Sunnen hone to any finish you want. Block shown was a customers request for a ra finish of 2-3. We do not do nykasil cylinders. Pricing is figured with shipping back to you and service done PER cylinder. Send block and new piston to: Boyd 115 Fairmont Loop Winfield, AL 35594 Place note with clearance requirement and ra finish you would like on finished cylinder, or we can decide for you depending on application.
