If you have questions please ask. This unit has been extensively tested to ensure it works. It may need to be updated depending on the purpose of use for the buyer. My dad purchased this item for his long standing automotive business of 33 years. Unfortunately he passed recently and the business is closed and there are many items we need to sell. On the back of the Modis scanner he did engrave the initials of his business at the time. The only issues I have visibly noticed was that there are small holes in the sides of the unit, because he mounted the unit to a work bench. This does not in anyway affect the function of the unit. There are some scuffs and dings on the unit from use, but nothing major. One Red Alligator clamp has a broken wire, but was taped and has worked for the 3 months of testing.
