Spal USA 37000149 Four-Door Power Lock Kit
SPAL Power door locking kit for 4 doors. This kit comes with the Spal M5 central locking module. This lock fit was designed to easily add the convenience of power door locks to most cars and trucks with standard rod style mechanisms. This kit is central locking which means that simply locking or unlocking either door from the knob or key will automatically lock or unlock the other door. This kit easily interfaces with most keyless entry systems and alarm systems with negative door lock outputs. This kit comes complete with wiring hardware and instructions.

If switches are desired use part number DLSW-1 DLSW-LT or SK1-OEGM Want remote controlled keyless entry? Add on a Avital AVI-2101 keyless entry. Want to add ignition controlled door locks without adding a keyless entry? Just install a DP452T with your lock kit.

Lifeboat resuces two swamped cars

A LIFEBOAT CREW rescued two cars which were swamped by the sea within 90 minutes of each other as the highest tides of the year caught drivers out. At least one of the vehicles which were wrecked by the submerging North Sea had been used to try to pull a boat out of the water, the RNLI said. A crew from Redcar, near Middlesbrough, responded to the first call-out at 3.20pm on Wednesday after coastguards received a number of 999 calls saying two people were on the roof of a vehicle on the town's beach as the waters came in.

Fisker Karma hybrids burn during superstorm Sandy

Fisker Automotive Inc. is looking into a report that 16 of its Karma plug-in hybrids caught fire at a New Jersey port after being submerged in seawater during Hurricane Sandy. "There were no injuries, and none of the cars were being charged at the time," the company said in a statement.
