About This Product

    • Assembled in USA, from the finest hose and hardware from around the world, by a DOT certified technician.
    • Built with Brake Quip brand fittings and hose.
    • Teflon hose core, wrapped in stainless sleeve, and then wrapped in clear hose to protect the assembly and keep it looking new a very long time.
    • Hose rated to 3000 PSI.  Each hose is pressure tested to 3000 PSI as the final assembly step.
    • Premium corrosion resistant plating to protect fittings.
    • Exact OEM style hose ends, not universal fit.
    • Meets DOT specs.
    • Has rubber insert at crimped ends for added strength in order to pass the DOT "Whip Test" and comply with DOT requirements.
    • Includes line locators for hoses that came with OEM line locators.
    • Designed for Street and Race.
    • Includes new copper washers for banjo fittings.

What Sets This Product Apart From The Rest

    • Most hose sets available are not made in the US, or even in Europe or Japan, but in Southeast Asia.
    • Most hose sets available use universal style banjo and end fittings, which do not fit like the OEM hoses.
    • UK, Italian, and Japanese made hose sets do not meet DOT standards.
    • Hoses without the rubber insert at the crimped ends are not as strong and will not pass the DOT "Whip Test".
    • Most hose sets do not include the line locators, and may snag on suspension or steering assemblies, ripping away from the brake caliper, failing, and causing an accident.

What is the Isuzuperformance Racing Team?

The Isuzuperformance Racing Team is a hand picked group of professional and semi-professional drivers in Japan and the United States, who compete in Isuzu made cars in road racing, gymkhana, autocross, rally, and drag racing.  Members have distinguished themselves as top tier drivers in sanctioned competition under the Japanese Auto Federation, Sport Car Club of America, Japanese Classic Car Association, and National Auto Sport Association, as well as participation in the events of other organizations such as Redline Time Attack and Katoka Racing Service Battle Royal.

In exchange for review and feedback, Isuzuperformance provides services of design, engineering, and manufacturing of professional racing parts to Team members.  These parts are designed without concern for cost, instead concentrating on three things:

    1. Superior and flawless performance.
    2. Durability approaching indestructibility.
    3. Compliance with the governing racing rules.

These parts are not normally available to the public and are far beyond the budget of the casual car enthusiast or amateur racer.  However, every once in a while, we have extras, and offer those at auction.

Cars & Coffee: Two ingredients to start off your SoCal weekend just right

Sun, 09 Jan 2011

Cars & Coffee is not yet on the FDA's list of the four basic food groups--but it really should be. It started out as a word-of-mouth gathering of eclectic and cool cars at a spot called Crystal Cove just south of Newport Beach, Calif., but it quickly outgrew that home. “Some of the guys got together, just a spontaneous gathering of, ‘Well, let's bring our cool cars,' ” said Pebble Beach judge, Ferrari collector and well-loved Ford PR guy John Clinard, one of, if not the main driver behind the event.
