Motown’s greatest hits – all the best cars from the Detroit Motor Show 2014
Wed, 15 Jan 2014Detroit, heart of the American car industry, traditionally hosts the first motor show of the year each January. Officially known as the North American International Auto Show – or NAIAS – it’s a chance for carmakers to kick-start the coming 12 months with a bit of glamour and sparkle. And the 2014 Detroit Motor Show has not disappointed, with a substantial number of new debuts and a chance to see some existing favourites, too.
Ford Focus ST & Fiesta ST get official power upgrades
Tue, 16 Jul 2013Ford Focus ST & Fiesta ST (pictured) get Mountune power upgrades There’a a big after-market for tuning cars to deliver more power without wrecking economy or reliability, so it makes sense for car makers to get in on the act if they can. So Ford have teamed up again with Mountune (just as they did a few years ago to offer you 345bhp in your Focus RS) to offer performance upgrades for both the latest Focus ST and the Fiesta ST. The tuning package for the Focus ST boosts power to 271bhp – up from the stock power of 246bhp – and the 0-62mph time drops to under 6 seconds, half a second quicker than the normally tuned car.
BMW 1 Series M Coupe – Official +video

It was laughable (we can say that because, thankfully, we always rubbished the idea) to think BMW would waste an iconic moniker on a baby ‘M’ car. Well’ they’ve made the car but they haven’t wasted the moniker - it’s the BMW 1 Series M Coupe.
