2015 Volvo XC90 First Edition sells out in quick sticks

The new Volvo XC90 First Edition (pictured) is all sold out Last weekend we revealed details of the 2015 Volvo XC90 First Edition, a massive spec XC90 created by Volvo to launch the new XC90. And, despite a hefty £68,000 price tag, the entire run of 1,927 First Editions sold out in just 47 hours, with the majority reserved in the first hour. That 1,927 First editions – a number that represents the year Volvo was founded – is total availability for the world market, but 55 UK buyers are on the list and will get their cars in April 2015.

Nissan Esflow concept - first photos

These are the first photos of Nissan's all-new Esflow concept, snapped in Germany weeks before the car takes the stage at the Geneva motor show.  Billed as a fun electric car, the Esflow surprises by also being a delectable design with sports car cues that would appeal to even the hardened enthusiast. Porsche buys Nardo for high-speed tests

Porsche has announced it is to take ownership of the famous Nardo Proving Ground in southern Italy. The company's engineering consultancy wing, the Porsche Engineering Group, will assume ownership as of May 2012. Nardo is currently owned by Italian firm Prototipo SpA.  No fee has been disclosed by either party.
