The best thing about this radio is the parts are all there: the knobs, the push buttons, even some of the original wiring. It does not look like the metal case has ever been opened. The on/off switch works nicely with a "click". The tuning knob works nicely and moves the dial needle. The surface is oily and dirty, which may have protected it from rust. The chrome shines up with a paper towel. Some scratching evident.

Vintage car radio.

Oldsmobile.

Early 1950s model.

Made by Delco-Remy.

Branded Deluxe on front fascia.

It is complete; that is, the knobs are there, the push buttons are in place, even some of the original wiring.  It is a good candidate for a complete restoration.  The metal housing is very oily; the chrome trim is scratched up; the plastic dial face is dirty.  It needs a thorough cleaning, to start with.

I purchased this radio at a classic car parts auction in Toledo, Ohio.

One thing interesting: selling on ebay are new push buttons for this radio, plus the exterior antenna, and even a manual.
