These parts came from a 1979 boat with the 270 outdrive. This auction is for the upper gear box that the yoke end has 10 splines. This transmission shifts fine from forward to reverse and has the single bolt helmet mount.
The universal joints are not brand new but look to be not very old and the end yoke is in great condition. This will fit in the usps priority large flate rate box and with insurance shipping will be $24. The gear changes are in the lower unit so this will fit the 270,275, and 280 outdrives that have 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines.. College Exhibition: Scuola Politecnica di Design Milan 2006
Tue, 22 Aug 2006Students from the Car Design Masters course at Scuola Politecnica di Design Milan presented concepts for an Audi Avant for 2015 at the school's studios in late June. The presentation of the Audi-sponsored project was made to Walter de'Silva, Design Director Audi Brand Group, who was actively involved in the project along with Audi designers Gary Telaak for the exterior design and Ingo Von Bargen for the interior. In October the students were assigned the task by Walter de'Silva of giving shape to the evolution of the Audi Avant concept.
Lexus RC to debut at Tokyo Motor Show

AutoWeek Design Forum: McLaren evolves with carbon fiber
Thu, 13 Jan 2011McLaren Automotive design boss Frank Stephenson detailed his company's transformation from strictly racing to producing road-going models on Thursday at the AutoWeek Design Forum. McLaren is launching the highly anticipated MP4-12C this year, and the company has been hard at work refining the use of carbon fiber, which it pioneered in the iconic McLaren F1. The company cut the amount of time required to design a carbon-fiber tub from 3,000 hours for the F1 to a mere four hours for the MP4-12C.
