Not DOT approved This flat black Gladiator helmet retails for $39.95 without the spikes. To create this wicked looking spiked warrior helmet we rivet spikes on a strip of simulated leather. This strip is then attached to the helmet with black industrial grade high bond two sided tape. This Gladiator helmet comes with a visor and 3 snap covers. ( you get two Maltese crosses for the sides and one 1 1/8" spike for the middle) When not using the visor, the 3 snap covers can be snapped on for a unique look. Chevrolet touts Corvette 427 convertible with race driver Tommy Milner
Wed, 15 Feb 2012The 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 convertible doesn't need any hype--the 505-hp V8, a 0-to-60-mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed in excess of 190 mph make a strong statement. Nonetheless, Chevrolet has enlisted the help of Corvette Racing driver Tommy Milner in a trio of 90-second videos to tout the 427 convertible. In our favorite, Milner talks about the car's aerodynamics, including the optional carbon-fiber splitter, that help keep the car glued to the ground for better control.
New options make Prius pricey
Mon, 02 Mar 2009High-tech features and luxury options will push the redesigned Toyota Prius into new territory--namely, $30,000-plus. The 2010 Prius hybrid will offer options found on luxury cars: systems that automatically park the car in a parallel parking space and slow the vehicle when a crash is likely. But Toyota is aware of a new competitor--the 2010 Honda Insight, a hybrid that is a little smaller and expected to be less expensive than the Prius.
London cabbies in go-slow protest

The Cabbies Against Boris (CAB) organisation says Mr Johnson is wrong to have scrapped older taxis on pollution grounds. CAB says research shows that new vehicles contribute more to pollution than older ones.
