Have YOUR leaking, dirty, poor idling Zenith Stromberg 175CD-2SE Carburetor set rebuilt to run like new again Jaguar XKE XJ12 5.3L V12 1971-1975
Carburetors and linkages are totally disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, passages are blown clear with high pressure air, pistons and bores are polished and mounts trued. New fuel inlet needle valves, throttle shaft seals, gaskets, diaphragms and o-rings installed. Metering needle seals replaced where applicable. Bypass valves rebuilt with new diaphragm packs. Temperature compensators are cleaned and adjusted. Manual cross chokes are disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Includes new intake manifold and air cleaner gaskets. Of course broken or missing items are not included in service ... email me if you have broken or missing parts and I'll see what we can find. I have a supply of used parts and many are still available new from Zenith Stromberg. Turn around time is approx 4 weeks after I receive them Bolt 'em on, add dashpot oil, adjust and drive!

It’s probably sensible that the Ford Focus Zetec S gets added to the Ford range now. Leave it until 2012 and it’s going to seem a bit tame compared to the new Focus ST.
Mini and Miles Ahead team up for teen driving school at Indy
Thu, 06 Oct 2011Mini has teamed up with new teen driving school Miles Ahead to bring licensed youth to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and train them to drive properly. Indy 500 veteran Stephan Gregoire founded the effort to combat the high number of crashes, injuries and deaths involving teenage drivers. The chance of a teen crashing in the first three years of driving is 82.9 percent, according to Mini, and a 16-year-old is 20 times more likely to be killed in a crash than an adult.
