This auction is for the NOS ORIGINAL 1951 FORD DASHBOARD TEMPERATURE GAUGE shown. This gauge was supplied on 1951 Ford passenger cars. It has part number 1A-10883. This gauge is a nice new item and is packaged in the original but tattered box. The photos show the condition of this gauge which is very close to being like the day it was new. I have not attempted to test it but I expect it will work perfectly. Since this is a 65 year old electrical part I can not make a guarantee as to how well it works. This gauge is being offered at a very reasonable price. Councils make £594m from parking
Mon, 23 Dec 2013RECORD SURPLUSES from parking revenues have been achieved by councils, according to the RAC Foundation. In 2012/13 councils in England generated a combined "profit" of £594 million from their on and off-street parking operations, the foundation said. This was a 5% increase on the figure of £565 million for 2011/12, and just 52 of the 353 parking authorities in England reported a deficit in 2012/13.
