NOS VW Bus muffler, marked Made in W. Germany. No manufacturer name or part number found. Appears to fit the 1963-71 Type 2 Bus. Has single exhaust outlet on the driver's side with a mounting flange to the left of the outlet. Please review pictures. Some surface rust from sitting in open shelved inventory but no damage. Renault Gordini back
Sat, 07 Nov 2009The old Clio Renaultsport with a 1965 Renault Gordini 8 I think you’ll probably have to be over 40 – or a Renault nut – to have any knowledge of the Renault Gordini. But you’re soon going to be a bit more knowledgeable if reports that Renault are about to revive the Gordini name are true. There have been rumours for quite a while that Renault want to use the Gordini name on their ‘Sporty’ cars in the same way that BMW has used the Cooper name on MINIs and Fiat the Abarth name.
Renew your photo card driving licence!
Mon, 07 Jan 2013Despite a fine of up to £1,000 for failing to do so, 2 million UK drivers are driving on expired photo card driving licences. Back in December, one of the Cars UK team had cause to hire a car – or at least try to – but was horrified to discover that his photo card driving licence had expired. A quick check across the team revealed one other expired photo card license and two who were still driving on the old pre photo card licenses.
