.040 inch thick dead soft copper.  Perfect for headers, manifolds, turbo manifolds, etc.

About This Product

  • Waterjet cut.
  • .040 inch thick Dead Soft Copper.
  • Exhaust ports measure 1.46 inches x 1.07 inches.  Matches OEM gasket dimensions and can be trimmed if head has been ported beyond those dimensions.  

 

Does this fit other cars or other engines? 

We designed this gasket specifically for use on the 1999-2002 Chevrolet Cavalier and Pontiac Sunfire with the Quad Four engine.  We obtained a manifold and gasket from one of these vehicles for the pattern for our drawing.  We do not have a cross reference list of other vehicles which use this same engine, please consult an expert on GM engines to confirm that this flange matches other applications.

It looks almost identical to the Prologue Hybrid 4 concept unveiled at the 2008 Paris motor show and, significantly, the production 3008 will be Peugeot’s first hybrid vehicle. It also features a head-up display and a Land Rover Terrain Response-rivalling Grip Control system.

Jaguar C-X75 - ready to go testing The Jaguar C-X75 Supercar – a hybrid supercar developed with the help of Williams F1 – is said to be close to production testing. The stunning Jaguar C-X75 Concept Supercar was revealed in 2010 both to celebrate Jaguar’s 75th anniversary and to look at the futures possibilities for a resurgant Jaguar. Powered by four electric motors and a pair of micro-gas turbines, Jaguar said it had 780bhp at its disposal, could get to 62mph in 3.4 seconds, top out at over 200mph and run for 68 miles (in theory) on its batteries.
