This is an upper gear case of a
Mercruiser Alpha 1 , Gen 2 outdrive in good condition. From the photos
you can see it has had very little use. Also I have removed the upper
plate of the gear case and you can see the gears are in excellent
condition and have had very little use. Believed to be a 1.47 gear
ratio.

It’s just so ill-conceived it beggars belief that a company as savvy and successful as Mercedes can’t see it.
